The late Rev. James McConnell, B.A., Megain Memorial Church, Belfast, for many years before his death, had been working at Fasti of Irish Presbyterianism—something similar to Hew Scott’s Fasti of the Scots Church. When he died, 3 October 1922, his work was continued by his son, the late Rev. S. G. McConnell, B.A., of Dromara, Co. Down, and Castlecaulfield, Co. Tyrone.

Part I: 1613—1641

The first part contains biographical sketches of all Presbyterian ministers in Ireland between 1613 and the Rebellion of 1641.
