Make a Donation

There is still work to be done to make proper provision for the preservation of the archives and library books. We are very grateful to those who have already given generous donations for the move to the new premises but we are appealing for more financial help in this unique situation.

If you feel you can make a donation it should be forwarded to the Librarian at Presbyterian Historical Society of Ireland, Assembly Buildings, Fisherwick Place, Belfast BT1 6DW.

Donations may also be made to the Presbyterian Historical Society of Ireland through PayPal via your PayPal Account or using your Credit/Debit card.  Preview the PayPal page.  Click on the Donate button below to use the online facility.

Leaving a Gift in your Will

You can help to ensure the long term preservation of the books, pamphlets and archives in the custody of the Presbyterian Historical Society of Ireland and help develop the library and archive for the future by leaving a legacy in your will.

All legacies, whether large or small, are welcome and you can specify that the legacy be used for a particular purpose or simply used at our discretion. Estates above a certain threshold are subject to inheritance tax on their net value but any money left to a charity is exempt from this tax. Therefore, you may be able to reduce the tax liability on your estate by leaving a legacy to the Society.
