The launch of the pamphlet "Rev Edward Brice and the Origins of Irish Presbyterianism" researched and written by Rev Dr John Nelson will be held on Wednesday 22 February 2013  in the Old Presbyterian Church, Main Street, Ballycarry, County Antrim.

The 34 page work published on the Quadricentenary of the arrival of Edward Brice at Ballycarry is a useful introduction to the beginnings of Presbyterianism in Ireland.
